الشروط والأحكام:

 

يبدأ العمل على الطلب بعد إتمام الدفع، ولا يمكن إلغاء الطلب بعد مرور 24 ساعة.

• تقع مسؤولية اختيار المقاسات أو الألوان على العميل، ولا يتحمل المتجر أي خطأ في هذه الاختيارات، حيث إن جميع التفاصيل موضحة في صفحة المنتج.

• بعد اعتماد الطلب، لا يمكن إجراء أي تعديل عليه.

• جميع الطلبات تخضع لمدة تجهيز تتراوح بين 4 إلى 8 أسابيع، ويُرجى أخذ ذلك بعين الاعتبار قبل الشراء.

• يتم تنفيذ العمل وفق ما تم الاتفاق عليه، وفي حال الحاجة إلى وقت إضافي، سيتم إبلاغ العميل بذلك عبر البريد الإلكتروني المسجل.

• يتم تنفيذ جميع القطع يدويًا داخل استوديو منزلي خاص.

• لا يوجد استرجاع أو استبدال.

• يتم الاستبدال فقط في حال وجود عيب مصنعي، ويجب الإبلاغ خلال 3 أيام عمل من استلام الطلب داخل الإمارات، و5 أيام عمل للطلبات خارج الإمارات.

• إتمام الطلب والدفع يعني الموافقة الكاملة على الشروط والأحكام المذكورة أعلاه

Terms and Conditions :

Orders are processed after payment is completed. Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours.

• The customer is responsible for selecting the correct sizes and colors. The store is not liable for any errors in these choices, as all details are clearly listed on the product page.

• Once the order is confirmed, no modifications can be made.

• All orders are subject to a preparation time of 4 to 8 weeks. Please consider this before placing your order.

• Orders will be completed as agreed. If additional time is required, the customer will be notified via the registered email.

• All pieces are handmade in a private home studio.

• No returns or exchanges are accepted.

• Exchanges are only possible in the case of defective items. Notification must be made within 3 working days of receiving the order within the UAE, and within 5 working days for international orders.

• Completing the order and making the payment constitutes full acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
